One night, I was browsing and found Canyon Mortgage, filled up a form with my email, loan amount, and credit score. The next morning I got a call and email with a rate quote from Matthew Gavzie, VP, Canyon, it was hard to believe, the rate was wonderful and almost unbelievable. I thought it was a false promise, because it seems impossible and will fail. I was wrong, Matthew worked until 12:00 AM on my file. I have never seen a professional with such dedication. Johanna Ingrao processed my loan , the best loan officer on the planet. The loan was processed and closed the property in only two weeks.
