We opened at 2001 Marcus Ave, Suite North 121 in 2007 with one desk, one phone, and a belief that mortgages shouldn’t be complicated. Nearly 20 years later, it’s still our main office—where we train new loan officers, answer the phones ourselves, and meet first-time buyers from Rockville Centre to Riverhead. While we now arrange loans in New York and 10 other states, Lake Success is where it all began. As a registered New York Mortgage Broker (NMLS #28873), we work with third-party wholesale lenders rather than acting as a bank, giving us the flexibility to shop for the best options on your behalf.
